The Townhouse

Our townhouse is a beautiful three-level unit located right off the beach road in Kitty Hawk at milepost 4.5. The private beach is a short walk away and right next to a life guarded, public beach. The two bedroom townhouse accommodates four with a queen bed in the master bedroom, one full bed and one twin bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra accommodations. There is a full bathroom off each bedroom, a half bathroom on the upper floor, and an extra shower in the garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. We also added beautiful new flooring on the upper floor in 2007! This past year, summer of 2009, we have made the staircase and bedrooms much brighter by installing new carpeting!!

There are two decks which both overlook the pool, hot tub, tennis court, and basketball court. The bottom deck is private and can be accessed from the master bedroom and includes a swinging hammock chair. The top sun deck features two lounge chairs and a table for enjoying a nice dinner outside. The townhouse is 550 feet from the ocean with direct access to the private beach (only a two or three minute walk!).

Sorry, we do not allow pets and there is absolutely no smoking in the unit.
